Who are we?

EduChess Chess School has been involved in professional chess education for kids and adults since 2011. With the help of our carefully selected chess coaches, we developed our bespoke chess education system. Over the years, our school has proved to deliver a high level of teaching and was listed in the Russian Chess Federation database.

EduChess has 80 branches across Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, and other cities in Russia. This ispossible because various kids’ educational centres are willing to collaborate with our school.How do we approach chess education?

Our classes are tailored according to the age of the students. We involve elements of play inevery class to keep students engaged and entertained.

14:25-14:45 - 7 round
14:50-15:10 - Awards ceremony

Prizes

Winners and best players are awarded with medals and recognition cups.

All the participants are awarded with presents: sweet trophies and certificates.

Who is it for?

All levels of chess players are welcome.
Kids will be grouped according to their age.

Tournament A: 2002-2007 year of birth
Tournament B: 2008 year of birth and younger

Parents are invited to have a meal in the restaurant during the tournament.

Competition Rules

  • Swiss Tournament system
  • 7 rounds with a time restriction of 10 mins for each player
  • Players are paired randomly according to a digital draw
  • 3 legal moves per game
